We had an urgent need for a specific fire brick, and this company truly went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they track down exactly what we needed, but they also went out of their way to deliver it right to our home. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step up for us made a stressful situation so much easier right before a big storm. Not happy with the way my chimney was installed. My roof will leak, it's only a matter of time. Tried addressing the issues while they were here but they didn't want to hear it. They were great to deal with up until that point. However, it is very obvious that they have no idea how to install flashing to a roof correctly. There answer to everything is "I'll just put more silicone on it". The installer went out of his way to show me the instruction book that went against everything he did. And he still kept it. I went on the roof and explained to him the correct way, and his pride would not allow him to make changes. I really hope the owner re... Not happy with the way my chimney was installed.
