I took my TV in asking if they can fix it. I was told yes that it would be ready in a week. After a week passed I called and it wasn't ready. They told me they had order the wrong piece and to wait another week. I asked if they can really fix it and I was told yes they just needed the right piece. I trusted them and waited another week. After that week passed I called them again and they told me it wasn't the piece anymore that it was the screen and that it no longer worked. If it was the screen why didn't they tell me this since the beginning when they inspect my TV? I regret not taking it to geek squad in best buy

Richard is so professional! My Laptop was messed up. I had all of my memories and pictures saved on there I was really hoping I didn’t need a new one. Almost every other place I went to told me I either needed a new laptop, or they wanted to overcharge me. I came across this gem while walking on Roosevelt Avenue and Richard was more than happy to assist to all my questions. He was incredibly patient, honest and just had great customer service. He was super considerate and honest with the price. Saved me money and I got to keep my laptop! If you’re debating on whether to reach out or not, you definitely should!
