I am leaving a comment here to clarify something on my reviews, I have been in business for 14 years and in the Tile trade for 40years and pride myself on being professional and doing quality work and making sure my customers are happy and satisfied with the job done and it is done right! I had all 5 star reviews for the last 13 years! The person who has left a 1star review is not , was not , nor has ever been a customer of mine! He was an angry and aggressive driver who accelerated up on me in traffic while I was making a lane change to make it appear that I had cut him off...Hello, I am Lance Leslie the owner of L.A.Grout & Tile Restoration. But he got my phone number from the sign on my van and the went online and left a negative review! I have made numerous attempts to Google , that this was not and never was a customer of mine and has nothing to do with my business! So this is why I am leaving this comment to clarify the situation, because I take great pride in my business, my work and my customers! I do not think it is right when someone who was never a customer have a negative impact on my business, if it was legit that would be different! But my real customers know that if there ever is a problem I will always take care of them! Thanks for listening!

Lance did a fantastic job cleaning and restoring our hand-tiled shower! Our grout was completely broken in spots and now it looks good as new. He did great work with the natural slate, and I feel like our shower is a happy place again. I also appreciated how professional he and his son were. It was really nice having genuinely good people in the house, and I’ll recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

We discovered that our master bathroom shower was leaking in the corners, which had been grouted (vice siliconed) when it was installed and had cracked over time. Lance and Zander came in and removed grout from all the corners and resealed with silicone. He also resealed where the walls met the floor pan, and around the shampoo nook, control handle escutcheons, and door threshold. The silicone color was a perfect match and the beads were tight and very professionally applied. Not only is the shower now watertight, but it looks better than new. Lance also provided great advice on tile and grout care going forward.
