Above and beyond awesome customer service! After 2 hours on the phone with Xfinity and being told the best we can do is send someone out in 4 days to look after loosing cable, internet, and phone service to my house, which has medical devices that are dependent upon internet, I called their offices since they where the contractors working in front of my house, in hopes they would have some pull with Xfinity to expedite the call assuming accidents happen and underground services can be damaged due to being marked incorrectly, they had my services restored within minutes and brought my wife outside to show her what had happened, so when Xfini... Above and beyond awesome customer service! After 2 hours on the phone with Xfinity and being told the best we can do is send someone out in 4 days to look after loosing cable, internet, and phone service to my house, which has medical devices that are dependent upon internet, I called their offices since they where the contractors working in front of my house, in hopes they would have some pull with Xfinity to expedite the call assuming accidents happen and underground services can be damaged due to being marked incorrectly, they had my services restored within minutes and brought my wife outside to show her what had happened, so when Xfinity finally does come out, it can be hopefully repaired properly since at the end of the day, they're the ones who ran my cable line improperly, not in conduit, on top of the dirt directly under the concrete pad making in almost impossible for it to be detected for markout prior to them beginning construction. The cable wire was literally stuck in the concrete they where ripping out for city contract work due to not being buried! Back up and running in minutes! Wish I called them before Xfinity, but by no surprise, Xfinity only cares about your money, and not about providing the service they charge astronomical rates for!!
