We’ve now had this excellent company do two projects for us. For the first project Luis Contreras came promptly to give a fair and competitive estimate, then showed up on time to replace our pavement with expertly laid concrete. The second project, several months later, involved enhancing the foundation around an outside basement stairway in preparation for an enclosure to keep out rain. Again, with a prompt and excellent price quote, this was completed expertly and efficiently. Site cleanup was well done and we will definitely use them again for any future projects.

From the first contact, Luis showed up when he said he would, and returned calls and emails promptly. This was the first indicator that I wanted to work with him. Our goal was to prevent water flow into our property (we live on a hill). He offered suggestions and alternatives to solve this problem.
After about 50% of the job had been completed, I noticed some issues that concerned me. I emailed Luis the items of concern. Luis was able to offer me the most bang for my buck. The job was completed in a timely manner. There were no major delays. I will be using this company again for my next concrete job.
