I paid for a dryer vent cleaning and was charged an extra $50 because the technician supposedly needed to go into the attic to access the vent. Fine—I was willing to pay more for the extra effort. But when the technician showed up, he never went upstairs or even attempted to check the attic. Instead, he just went outside, did something for literally 2 minutes, then said he was done and left. That was it. No explanation, no inspection, nothing. I ended up paying $150 for a job that didn’t feel thorough at all. I’m frustrated because I paid extra for a service that clearly wasn’t done the way it was explained. I don’t mind paying for quality wo...
