Our project manager Jesse, Javier, and the entire roofing crew did an amazing job. Jesse's had video and photo updates every day explaing the progress and features of the new roof. Javier also had photo updates and continual communication as the project was underway. Everyone in the crew was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend KVN for all your roofing needs.
Great experience with saleswoman Miya. She is a hard worker and has been responsive and tried to work within my timing and budget limitations. I have high hopes for the roofing job. Will update after completion! After completion: I really appreciated Jesse and Javier who made the job go smoothly. The workers were very nice and I could tell they were doing a careful job. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof.
The KVN crew is incredible! Our roof was replaced in just 2 short days. Communication about the project was top notch, we received lots of pictures to help track progress, and our yard was clean at the end of each work day. We will absolutely call KVN for future projects.

Scheduling went well; as the estimated project window was approaching, their production manager, Mike, provided updates starting a few weeks ahead as we dialed in the exact start date. Before and during work there were multiple daily updates from coordinator Jesse and team lead Javier, with progress pictures, explanations of how the project is going, any questions they have, and answering any of my questions. This greatly reduced the stress, and certainly helped things go smoothly. The roof install completed a little ahead of expected schedule, with neighbors already stopping by mentioning to the crew they liked the finish. The whole team were delightful to meet and work with. I hope they enjoyed working on this project as much as I enjoyed them taking it on. tldr: Couldn't be happier !
I am so happy we chose KVN for our new roof! We needed a full roof replacement - Jesse, Javier, and the team were communicative, efficient, and quick, all while providing a quality job. The quality of the work and products at KVN are wonderful. The consultation and presentation of the project was incredible with wonderful detail, explanation, and customer service. The thing that really sold me was there focus not just on updating the roof, but ensuring proper air flow with their formula that calculated need for several additional vents and their intake areas within the roof itself. During the project, weather was a major concern. The communication of what work would look like with the weather delays could have been improved upon. Also, there were times when the crew was working a few hours after dark which concerned me about... The quality of the work and products at KVN are wonderful. The consultation and presentation of the project was incredible with wonderful detail, explanation, and customer service. The thing that really sold me was there focus not just on updating the roof, but ensuring proper air flow with their formula that calculated need for several additional vents and their intake areas within the roof itself.
