I have been a customer for over 10 years. I take my commercial and personal computer business there, and have recommended family members bring their business as well. Can't say enough good things about Krier.
I walked in and dropped off a desktop computer I was having issues with. Two hours later I got a call saying it was fixed and good to go. Super friendly and took the time to chat about unrelated things also.
I had them look at a lap top for me to figure out the cost of having it fixed. I knew that there would be a cost associated with this which I was fine with. What I didn't like is that when I decided not to have them repair it they returned it to me in not the same shape that I had given it to them. They switched the battery that I had in my laptop with something they had laying around thinking I would not notice well I did and of course they would deny it but its' true a battery that lasted better than 2 hours now only last 10 minutes. So what should have only cost me $60.00 is probably more like a $100.00.
