We had our second floor carpeting replaced with hardwoods. We chose Koster's because when Jim came to do the estimate he was thorough and took time to explain things I hadn't thought to consider. Another important factor was that Koster's has an inhouse team and we could trust them in our home.
The start date was firmed up a few weeks ahead of time and the the job was finished in a timely manner. We are thrilled with our floors and with the service we got from everyone at Koster's.

Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and just plain good people! Went into store to just look and we were allowed to do just that without any hard sale just an offer to be available if we had any questions. We left and came back 2 weeks later to actually buy and again no hard sale just all of the above. Recommend to anyone wanting lovely floors! We installed ourselves since my husband has done in the past.
