As a return customer, I was disappointed by their lack of integrity and professionalism. The amount of BS and ghosting I experienced was unreal. I would absolutely not recommend and caution others. There are many upholsterers that take pride in their work. This is not one of them. In the last year, their work seemed rushed and quality has gone down. Marina‘s communication skills are sorely lacking and her idea of problem solving is to avoid you.

We are interior designer company. This company has the best customer service they can help in any problem if you nice with them. We spoke to Kostas. He is very nice and he help to us always . He are a great person. This company has a familiar environment. The staff are very nice when they install in the houses. We recommend to other designer companies and customers.

My experience with Kostas began with the reupholstering of my sofa and chair. The staff was extremely helpful (thanks Christine) with choosing the fabric. When the work was done I was very happy. I thought my experience was over but while visiting the shop I noticed that they also did custom woodwork. I had been looking for a table to fit a space in my home and Sam was able to build me an amazing bar height table at the dimensions I needed. Absolutely love their stuff. Kostas is the best. His furniture is amazing not only quality wise but also modern and sleek. They always have the proper stuff to fit my taste and bring my ideas in reality. I’m glad that I’m not only able to reuse my old furniture but also make brand new ones in no time. Their service is amazing and they even delivered and installed in New York. Definitely recommend them!!

What can I say... wow! After we (stupidly!) cut our brand new couch when opening the box, we thought its newness was ruined. Kostas was able to work his magic and add new material to the damaged area and make it brand new again. Honestly, I keep looking at it wondering how it was done. It's seriously perfect. That aside, Kostas is a really genuine guy, he was always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful and wasn't out to take advantage of us and our situation.
