Everything I wanted from a concrete professional! Has done an interior basement pour, parging of interior basement walls in a city property - leaving us with an amazing improvement!! Also did exterior sidewalk work for us! Honest, fair, skilled, even creative and conversational, offering options and variations to what I wanted the job to look like, that made for an even better completed project. Terry Kline is super considerate, friendly, and is extremely conscience. You won’t be dissapointed!

I spent a lot of time looking and comparing many different concrete contractors in Lancaster for the sidewalk job that is required by Lancaster City code. And in the end, I was very fortunate to select Terry Kline Concrete contractor for the job. Not only his price is reasonable, but he went beyond the scope of his job to get things done the right way, the way it should be, without charging me any additional cost.
