Ordered custom nose boards (right piece). They don't match whatsoever. The grain is completely different. The gentlemen who look the order insisted the wood species was something else. Here's the result. Custom orders NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer bears all of the risk.This review is my only form of restitution.
This company does not back up their product. They sold my installer DEFECTIVE HARDWOOD and they would not make a claim with their factory who supplied the hardwood. Shame on you ,leaving my installer to pay tens of thousands of dollars to fix something YOU SUPPLIED.
The best store when it comes to the best quality very professional very good material had a great experience first time buying here but the best store highly recommend it.
work was done well, the project manager grossly misjudged the scope of the work. I was charged $ 800 for 45 minutes of work by two people. Do NOT use this company; they have very unfair pricing policies. They are not flexible either.
