What an amazing service!!! We came from Brazil, had ann incident with my phone and easily found this place! The guy is extremely polite and in an hour I left the place with my cellphone fixed like new!!! He is American and speaks Spanish like a native speaker!!! Amazing!
As all the other reviews have stated, Chris was extremely professional and polite! He replaced my battery, and he took the time to explain why I was having issues with the old battery. And it was all very affordable. We will definitely use his services again if we need to!
I brought my Xbox One in on Tuesday because it was showing an E102 error code. After calling a few places for quotes to fix an iPad screen, KitsapFixit had overall the most affordable price. I paid for a replacement screen and within 24 hours I got a call that the iPad screen was installed and the iPad was ready for pickup. They even gave me a military discount with my military ID.
