Brad stopped by my house to show me a Kirby and l am ASTOUNDED at how thing machine works and all it does! It really is the top of the line! Brad is professional, funny, has personality and I didn’t feel the typical “won’t leave til u buy” vibe. Very good guy, felt like a friend was here! Thanks Brad!!!
Brad came to our home to do a one room carpet cleaning. While here he demonstrated what was frankly mind blowing. The amount of nasty that came out of our carpet with the vacuum was disturbing. Then he shampooed the floor and brought life back into a decade old carpet. I would say there is no doubt that the Kirby vacuum he was using has completely blown other vacuums out of the water. I didn’t get to see it used on hard floor but was told it has the capability. He demonstrated it used on our less than one year old bed and wow, could probably never look at the bed the same way again. I think it is a really incredible product. We do not have mu... Kaleb did a great job showing me the cleaning system. He was professional and thorough. As far as the Kirby itself, the attachment demos were super impressive. The team did a great job working to get us a good price. My only suggestion for improvement is for in-home appointments to make sure the homeowner who sets up the demo is the same person home to see the demo!
