I would love to continue supporting Ace Hardware, but the following experience left a poor taste in my mouth.
Placed an online pick up order for an item that was on sale. They inadvertently filled the order with the wrong item, which happens and was not a big deal. They had the identical item in stock, but it had a slightly different SKU number than the online order. Instead of honoring the sale price, they wanted me to cancel the online order and pay full price for the same item I ordered. I canceled the order and chose not to support a store that doesn’t honor their sale prices.

Very judgemental and the employees assume the most irrelevant stuff they should focus more on their job than focusing on someone elses personal space. This place would be a ZERO star if that was an option. Very disappointed in this place would not recommend to anybody.
