I’m writing this review based on a recent experience (May 1, 2026). This company installed my fence about 3 years ago and did a great job at that time, which is why I reached out to them again when my fence started sagging. I called on April 23, 2026, and spoke with Emmanuel, who said he would pass along the message to Rico and get back to me. After not hearing back, I called again the next day and was told Rico was out of town and that I would receive a call once he returned. Unfortunately, I never heard back. After waiting several more days with no response, I ended up hiring another company to fix the issue. To date, I still haven’t received any follow-up communication. It’s disappointing because I had a positive experience with their initial work. However, the lack of communication this time makes it hard to rely on them for future needs. 3 YEARS AGO (2023) - Rico Candido did an excellent job on my fence. He is extremely professional, arrived on time, did neat work, and stayed within an affordable budget. I recommend him to everyone. Extremely pleased with his work. 10/10 stars.
