No call, no show for a scheduled estimate for a porch repair.

Don't ever do business with this guy. Tried to get a mailbox from him, we agreed on a price and a date for him to come out and install it. The day came and he missed our 2 hour target window without any notification. Tried to reschedule and sent several texts to get something worked out but never heard a response back. Have tried calling back several times and no answer, called again today and my call was answered and hung up on without even a word said. Don't do business with this guy, he will just waste your time. Update 6/8/24: For everyone saying that I am frustrated for no reason, I wouldn’t have left a 1 star review if the business had simply reached out. I’m not here leaving 1 star reviews for no reason or to be a jerk. A simple apology and rescheduling would had been fine but even after this review, I still never heard back from this company. I left this review as-is as is unprofessional and felt like my business was ignored simply because of my zip code. Also a business can reply to these reviews but yet did not even after all this time.
