Came in with 2 tablets that needed fixing. One was a broken screen, the other the charging port needed replacing/fixing.
The tablet with a broken screen came back beautifully.
The other one did not. At the shop, he plugged in the charger to show that it now charges. I accepted it without trying to use the tablet and had to run as I was late to pick up my kids from school.
( this is the reason why I'm not fighting this with the shop. It was my fault for not checking it out then and there)

Again, I did not contact the shop,mainly because it was my fault for not checking it out there. It's just such a shame for me because I have 5 kids,all with tablets and I am a repeat customer. I did my research and this place was supposed to be the best.
Where am I supposed to go now?
The only reason I'm writing this review is so hopefully if you do decide to use this shop, I want to remind you to look it over fully. Open apps. Play some sound. Aside from this issue, I have no complaints. They repaired same day. The guy was nice, and I was able to squeeze my huge double stroller in there.
Just proceed with caution. I'm kicking myself for not checking it out fully.
