Bill at Keymaster in Yakima has helped me several times on a project with unusual/less common latches. I was lucky to find him. His knowledge on mechanisms is a craft. His prices are too cheap and I left a tip because he deserved it. My problems are solved but if I ever have an issue in the area I would seek this service first.

Cannot recommend enough!! Bill was extremely helpful, communicative, and ensured I was aware of all of options & pricing from the get go. My key issue was able to be fixed at the conveniently located store front, but they also have a mobile option which I thought I originally needed. Great prices and much less expensive than the dealership for a new car key!
