Terrible customer service and wasted 6 months. Shame on any camera shop that send his repairs to him because “he’s the only one around”. Avoid and send your cameras elsewhere.

Absolutely phenomal service! David was very nice, and did such a great job cleaning my Sony mirrorless A7RII camera. I came all the way from NYC! He is very intelligent, and gave some great tips. We also had a thoughtful conversation. Will definitely come back again soon. - Burton
