A diamond in the rough! I’ve never had a positive experience while buying a car, until key auto. They were so helpful, transparent about costs, and did not try to sell me on unnecessary accessories/fees. And just seem like genuinely nice people. Highly recommend this place!
Ken and the entire staff were kind and efficient. They worked with me when others wouldn’t and made a deal with me on something I actually wanted. They got me in and out the same day and accommodated my family and myself through the whole process. I look forward to servicing my new vehicle with their maintenance plan and striking another deal with them in the future. I cannot recommend Key Auto of Somersworth enough! The entire experience working with the team there was fantastic! My salesperson was Chris, and he definitely was so very helpful! Made it easy to be a customer, answering questions and providing honest insight. In fact, Chris even helped me to consider that my first choice may not have been very realistic for me. He then helped me find a vehicle that I was very happy with, and that he felt was obtainable. I was so impressed by the atmosphere and the employees, that a trip to just get information turned into me leaving with a car. Speaking of the atmosphere, they are very casual and friendly....
