When I went to talk to them basically got told you will pay whatever we decide to charge and we don't give a crap about you. I will never work with Schmlock again, but have had a great experience every time with KMI ever since that first time. I do always ask for the same techs though, because I know they will get the job done right and try to keep the cost down. KMI is an amazing company with great employees, and honorable manangement.
