Fast, friendly service. My wife had several watches with dead batteries. When I realized I couldn't read the battery types, even with a magnifying glass, I came here. I read some bad reviews, but came anyway, on two occasions. Both times, we were in and out in a few minutes, with excellent service and a decent price. I would tell you that I would go back here in the future, but I already have returned a second time, which was even faster than the first time. Everyone was friendly. The watch repairer literally whistles while he works. It's great. Yeah, it might cost $20 to change some obscure Swiss battery in a rare watch, but that's... Fast, friendly service. I never saw any of the negative things I read in the bad reviews. We will continue to come here every time we have an issue with a watch. Give them a try!
Yesterday I brought in my Grandfather’s old 1987 Rolex OysterQuartz Datejust model 17000. It was no longer running and had been sitting around in storage for too long. They offered to inspect it for free to diagnose the issue and took time to explain that they could place a new battery, re-line the mechanism, and replace the rubber gasket all for $150. It took less than 30 minutes. It is now running perfectly! Rolex quoted me $800+ with several weeks till return. Support your local businesses! Fantastic service!
