I will never take my car anywhere else. They are honest and efficient, and go out of their way to make sure you drive away safe. Much better than any of the chain repair shops in America, and believe me I’ve been to all of them. Definitely trust these guys!
I arrived before opening to ensure first place in line because they advertise that appointments were not needed. At 7:30am (opening time) the service manager (Kelly) opened the doors. I walked up and was not greeted. He spoke to another customer who pulled in after me. With smiles and warmth he assured the customer that he knew what to do. I patiently waited and was still not greeted until I spoke up and said Good Morning! He then asked what I needed. I told him that I needed a wheel alignment and said that I would wait. He said there were other customers ahead of me. I asked about the no appointments. He said that if I leave it he would get... I did not feel welcome or that my business was wanted.I said thank you and left the establishment very disappointed with the treatment in customer service.
They wasted weeks of my time. And after the owner said he couldn't get his scan tool to communicate with my vehicle, one of the employees told me he wasn't going to pay for the subscription for the scan tool until after the holiday. I would have never had them tow it to their shop. If they could not Or more accurately chose not to diagnose why my vehicle would not start
