Keno was fantastic! He was on time and accurately identified the source of the problem. He also took his time to explain what he was doing and why, as well as answered all of my questions. Scheduling an appointment was easy and so was paying for the service which was also very reasonable in price. I will absolutely use Keno’s services again in the future. For reference he worked on the 2nd floor of a multifamily unit and made multiple trips to the basement to ensure all was working correctly. He didn’t waste time while ensuring the job was done the right way. Highly recommend!
