Horrible experience. Fire happened on Nov 30th 2021, and my tenants never got back in until August 2022. This was a small project, a 950 sq foot condo. Absolutely nothing was touched until June of 2022. It just sat for months and months. All I got was excuses, and things were not done properly at all. I was given a new property manager, that had way too much on his plate. I was gone for three months for the winter, and my project just got pushed aside, because they took on too much work, and did not have enough help. Ana, Nancy, Edwardo and Aberham did a great job last Thursday morning! They brought the contents of my basement back from my garage and a trailer after water damage repairs were completed. The weather was getting warmer, but no complaints, and finished quicker than I expected. Set the furniture up in the places I wanted, with boxes stacked in the areas that worked well. The crew was friendly and worked well together! I would recommend Kelmann to anybody that needs restoration work. I was able to start my Holiday weekend early, thanks to them.
