Kelltech Systems

I received an estimate for a new alarm system for our house. I talked to Kyle who was nice and we discussed our alarm needs. I get the estimate and it’s almost $4,000 😮. I called around and was able to get all the same stuff from a different company but about a third of Keltech’s price. The same IQ4 panel. The crazy thing is in the $4,000 price from Keltech was 8 hours of install at $130 hour. It literally took them less than 3 hours to install and switch be over with the company I went with. We just finished a major project with Kelltech and I was blown away by the entire staff. From the office staff to the workers who installed it was done with such professionalism and care! Would reccomend them to everyone!

Jon, David and Chris went above and beyond this week assisting one of our employees that was backing out of her parking spot and hit a van. These guys assisted her with verbal support, assisted with getting her back bumper off her car, assisted with securing her mufflers to her car so she could drive home and then waiting around to put the bumper in my car to help her home. Used them for service. Wasn’t 100% satisfied (no fault of theirs, I just needed additional resolution) so I called and spoke to their team about how we can make it right. Could not be more impressed and pleased with how they handled the situation. They went above and beyond ensuring I had a good customer experience and just being a solid stand up group. I appreciate them for their assistance and timely service throughout. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wishes to work with a group who will be fair and treat you right.
