I’ve worked with Mike twice over the past 10–12 years, and he has never disappointed me. Most recently, I contacted him after discovering a leak that caused drywall damage. Mike came out the same day to provide an estimate, and even though he and his team were fully booked, they took the time to patch the area to prevent further damage from the upcoming rain and snow. Mike came out, took great pictures of damage and gave me options not just one quote but 3. I loved this as everyone’s financial situation could be different. We did go with a completely new roof instead of a repair they were fast and efficient. He is fair and very knowledgeable on flat top roofing for town homes in the Brooklyn MD area. Called last minute to get help documenting the condition of my flat roof (Baltimore row home). Neighboring row home is under renovation/expansion. Last time that happened my roof sustained damage from the contractors who wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage. Mike came out, fully documented my roof with photos and video, gave me an overview of its condition and suggestions for future improvement when needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be calling him for any future needs.

This company is proficient and professional. They have helped me many times as a new homeowner. Most recently, I had a damaged roof which they completed an emergency repair for in the same day. They were also able to fix the entire room on the next day, because a snow storm was coming. Mr. Kelbie and his employees are very reliable and consistent. We noticed our roof was leaking Friday night, called Kelbie, and a new roof was installed in less than 24 hours. The incredibly fast service was exceptional and this was with snow and ice on our roof that had to be removed! Thank you so much Kelbie!
