My first experience with Kiels was to get new insides for my grandfather clock. It was done with care and expertly installed. Decided to bring in my cuckoo clocks that I had to get cleaned and oiled. One was so bad that it had to be sent out to get fixed but made it bad in better shape then before and the second got a good cleaning and oiling and works like a charm.I would highly recommend them for any repairs that may need to get done.
I needed the hands of a cheap clock. I had brought different hands from other discount stores. Not many stores sell them anymore, digital times Lol. I arrived close to closing time. I was expecting to be turned away on hands for an old clock. I LOVE this clock.. ok. The service I got was Amazing. The lady there was patient and friendly. She gave me the OLD Fashion type of customer service and time. I got the hands. The clock looks way better than it did when I first got it. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you so much 02-26-2026 I’m not the type that gives reviews but had to give it up for this one.
Wonderful experience with Karen.Then, your staff, taking care of repairs, so we can hear our babies, was honest. While, my clock was being serviced, I missed its sound for many reasons. The clock was a gift from my parents. Thank you and know your establishment is a blessing!
Had my grandfather clock serviced after moving. The technician came out and serviced it, and advised me that I needed to pick up more chain from the office. Busy with my move, I failed to wind my last weight, and realized the chain wasn’t in plain view. I called the shop and Dave asked me to send a pic, but he couldn’t see where the chain was either, and said I needed a service call. I asked Dave if he could cut me a break, at least reduce the service call amount. He said no! This was clearly my mistake, and I learned from this experience. In the end, I spent $250 in a week, and the clock is working fine. I realized later that I shoul... Had my grandfather clock serviced after moving. They worked on my father’s school house clock for me. Couldn’t be happier. I wish I would have caught the ladies name that waited on me. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable.if I ever need a clock worked on I know where I will be going. Thank you all at Keils Click Shop.
