I scheduled a service appointment for my Speed Queen washing machine with Keeven Appliance and was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to noon. At 9:04 a.m., I received a call stating that the technician had an “emergency” and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Homeowners arrange their schedules—and often miss work—to accommodate these service windows. Last-minute cancellations are unacceptable and demonstrate a lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Based on this experience, I will not use this company again and cannot recommend their service.

Charged 20% more than competitors for new dishwasher, promised 2-3 days before merchandise would be in-house, ended up taking a week, called to schedule installation...called again the following day to cancel it. Seems they picked up the wrong unit, several more days to get the correct unit, scheduled installation AGAIN, promised installers would call 15-20 minutes prior to arrival. Instead, they called early-morning-of & tried to move the install time up. Absolutely love this place. This was my first time coming here. I was greeted with a smile from everyone. Was very pleased with the services plus my delivery that was the next day. Im loving my washer. Thanks so so much.

Keeven appliances has been a lifesaver last couple Winters with furnace issues. Now I'm dealing with a broke dryer the wheels for the drum are bad and they had them in stock ready to go. Thanks to the lovely ladies working in front a great holiday guys.
