Horrible. They took 10 days to get a drain pump because they said it had to be ordered from out west. 100s of $. We found the same pump on Amazon and it was delivered in 2 days for 25$. They repeatedly said they would come out, my wife waited and waited they never showed. We called, we were upset, they said we will be there the next day. No show no call, and they have not even called to explain. I get you can be busy, but at least follow through or call, but nothing, not even the courtesy to call knowing we are waiting and my wife is upset because she can't do the family's laundry! Not sure what has happened with this company over the past few years. They used to be excellent now all they do is lie and screw people over. I've had good and bad experiences with them and the past 2 years have been the worst. They dont answer thier phone or call you back, they lie when they tell you how much something is going to cost, they say they have to order a part and dont get back with you for weeks on end, they overcharge and they take your money and never return still leaving you with a broken appliance. And thier personal hygiene is not good which bothered me because they come into your home and they smell terrible. As you can see, they still have themselves as still open. They are supposedly closed permanently. They have gotten worse about returning to an address to finish servicing them. Not knowing this, the last time I called, Mr. Keeter told me I had the wrong number (a voice easily recognized) . I verified the number, and it was NOT the wrong number. Change the listing to permanently closed.

Very unhappy. Came out to our home, said that a part is broken on our refrigerator and will order. Never heard from him again but had no problem cashing our check. Followed up several times with the answer that they will get back to us once the part is in or we will call you back. Went with a different repair company who was great.
