1. KB cut my countertop WRONG not once, not twice but THREE TIMES. Each time the the cut was wrong and did not accommodate the sink and the dishwasher. 2. KB said they would pay for the plumber to install my sink when they cut the countertop wrong the first time. They said this in writing and then refused to pay for the plumber. 3. KB said they would credit me for a plumber again when they cut my countertop wrong the second time. They said this in writing and then refused again to pay for the plumber. 4. I had to pay a plumber over $800 for the sink install because the hole KB cut in the countertop the third time still would not accomm...

Moved into my house in 2015. Three years later, the kitchen sink was hanging by the plumbing, and I had to place a brace in to prevent it from falling through. The seal failed, the clamps were rusted and loose, and its a total fail. My neighbor also had the same issue after 2 years. Both house (new construction) had the granite and sink installed by KB surface. I send an email. No response. I send a message through their website. No response. Had some initial issues with quality of installation and scheduling. These issues were later addressed by the company management. This shows at the end they care for customers' satisfaction.
