Keith helped my husband and I on a fridge issue a few years back and we had a great experience. We scheduled Keith again to diagnose a dryer issue. On the intake call, Keith diagnosed the problem with his extensive background knowledge and helped us solve the problem for FREE. We appreciate his generosity to help us with a solution on the phone without even charging us a diagnostic fee. We will be continuing to choose Keith for any future issues and are happy to support this small business.

Keith is wonderful, kind, honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I desperately wanted to save my old KitchenAid washer, but it had some major parts that failed or are failing. He told me that while repair was possible, replacing it was simply the better option for me, even though I was ready keep sticking money into my "old reliable". So, yeah, he could have kept making money off me but was honest about what was best for me in my situation. Keith was recommended to me by several agents I work with at Stark Co. Realtors. I left him a message with the problems we had with 2 of our appliances (DW not working at all) and he got back to me within 24 hrs with a time that week he could look at the appliances. He had parts on his truck and was able to repair both our stove & dishwasher that day! Amazing... and just 11 days before Thanksgiving! Thank you Keith!
