They ordered the wrong parts and would not update or communicate with me throughout the entire process, which ended up taking 4 weeks even though I paid for priority service. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, they would not respond. Finally after visiting and picking up my computer and just deciding to use the old parts rather than wait longer, they did not give me a refund for parts paid for but not received and they continue to not respond, not communicate, and not update me about the refund

We dropped our laptop and damaged the power jack. We walked into Kauai Computer without an appointment and Kapono the tech took a look at it and quickly removed the laptop screws. He suggested we get a coffee and this would give him time to repair the laptop. We returned in 25 minutes, and he just finished putting the screws back into the laptop. Kapono was knowledgeable and professional we highly recommend Kauai Computer for any computer related issues while you are on the island.
