We called Raj to come out and take a look at our television that wouldn't turn on. He was able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem in 5 minutes and advise us the best way forward to save us the most money based on either buying a new television or repairing the old one. We decided to have him repair our old television based on the price of a new one. He ordered the part and was able to come back and repair it three days earlier than he quoted us. We are very pleased with his work, his honesty and his extremely fair pricing. We highly recommend Raj and will definitely be using him for any future television/appliance repair work.

Raj has fixed multiple TV’s for me, the most recent he installed a new power source in my 65” Samsung curve LED TV for about 10% of the cost of a new one. He’s courteous, fair priced, and provides a service that’s difficult to find elsewhere.

I called Katy TV repair. Raj took the call and schedule a same day visit. In our conversation he said he charges a $50 trip charge that would apply to the cost of service for the repair. Well, that was not true.He did not add the charge to the cost of repair. He charges the $50 in addition to the cost. As a first time customer I paid the trip fee along with the cost. However, I was not happy that he lied to me about that charge, and was not willing to honor his agreement! To run a business I expect honesty and that should be upheld along with the quality of work. (PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS CHARGE IN SCHEDULING A REPAIR FROM HIS BUSINESS!)
