Thom was incredibly friendly, thorough, and was able to get my car inspected much sooner than even expected which helped with my busy schedule that day. He was willing to accommodate my scheduling needs and that was appreciated. It’s evident that this business cares about the people they serve and strive for a great experience, which I absolutely had.

Had a misfire on a 2017 Pacifica which required the intake manifold to be removed to diagnose. Very labor intensive job. Tom at KARS advised every step of the way what they were doing and in the end got it repaired at a reasonable price. I would highly recommended anybody looking for an honest shop with reasonable prices to check them out. Thanks KARS!!!

Always professional and courteous. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and always provide costs before any work is performed. They are honest and care more about serving the customer than trying to make an extra buck. Trustworthy repair shops are near impossible to find. They are the needle in the haystack you’re looking for. I recommend them to everyone.
