Very friendly and fast. Out of all the places I went to take my car to do the safety inspection in Oahu they were the only ones that were very respectful and got the job done in a very short amount of time both times that I went there. I highly recommend this place 😃

Incredibly unhelpful owner. I stopped in to ask a question. It was towards the end of the day (4pm). They obviously wanted to get done and go home. I can appreciate that. They were rude and for quite a long time made me wait until they decided they just didn’t want to help me. His words “I’m not going to help you so just leave”. Obviously won’t be back or recommend them to any one.

Alan has been a fixture in Kaimuki for as long as I can remember and just an all-around kind businessman. I went by for a safety check and was in and out in 15 minutes. Also good to see young employees learning the trade working there from time to time. Customers should try and pay cash when able to as they, like every other business, will have to pass on credit card fees to customers. Help them, help you, and keep them in mind for your next car repair. 🚗 😉🤙✌️

I came in as a walk-in at 8:00am and was told that they’re were 5 cars ahead of me waiting to be serviced, and to come back after a phone call. I wasn’t told that the five cars could potentially take 2+ hours to be serviced with oil changes and safety checks. I decided to wait in their parking lot then was finally told after 40 minutes of waiting that it would potentially take about an hour longer for my car to be serviced. I have another appointment at 10:30 which is why I decided to show up 2 1/2 hours early. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t informed that the wait would take so long. I don’t mind waiting, as long as an eta is given to me...I came in as a walk-in at 8:00am and was told that they’re were 5 cars ahead of me waiting to be serviced, and to come back after a phone call. I don’t mind waiting, as long as an eta is given to me so I adjust my appointments accordingly. After making phone calls to try to reschedule my appointment or see if I have any other places to service me and was finally serviced after making calls for about 15 minutes. The service took 2 minutes. Maybe I’ve overthinking but I definitely believe my servicing could have been done without a big loss in time for either me or the company.
