This shop is very busy, but it’s worth the wait. The owner is polite, honest, and professional. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything unnecessary. I will definitely return when I need service again.
Great shop. I do most of my own work but I will be bringing the things I can't or don't want to do here. Their communication is fantastic they are just good people. They are fair with their prices they need to make money but won't rob you. I haven't had any diagnostic done with them yet but I would absolutely trust them with my car and money. I live across the street so I'm happy I found a good shop close to home.
Finally! We found an honest mechanic! Our daughter needed an inspection, and she took it to one of those chain svc places, where we’ve all been going for years. They did a “courtesy inspection” and told us her she needed front brake pads and rotors for $700. She called us and said it just didn’t feel right. Then we noticed on the Rpt that the rotors were just “recommended”. She called back and they said “oh yeah, they’re just recommended. You don’t NEED them.” It felt weird so we took it to K&S just now after reading all of the great reviews. Alexis inspected same day, said we only needed brake pads. And for half the price we were quoted... Finally! We found an honest mechanic! Techs and Owner are great people they do great work. Nothing is too much for them. If you want good honest work stop by and check them out. You won't be sorry!
