I called the office number and made an appointment scheduled at a particular time. I get a phone call from a different number and They asked will you or somebody be at home and I said yes, there will be. I received another call from a third number 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment but I missed it at the time and returned the call but no one answered. There was no text no second call no voicemail or anything. They called one time and if you don’t answer, your appointment is cancelled. I spent 2 hours calling all 3 numbers trying to get ahold of someone to see what was going on and reschedule. They NEVER answer the calls. I would rather snorkel in Crap Creek than call these crooks ever again! My gf and I recently moved in with her elderly mother and she had a leak under her kitchen sink. She wouldn't let me fix it and insisted she call a plumber. They came out on a Friday afternoon and had to "order some parts" and said they'd be back on Monday. They called Monday and rescheduled for Tuesday. The only thing they replaced was 5 ft long piece of pipe and a couple of couplings that they could have gotten at any hardware store and probably had on their truck. I didn't know when they were coming to make the repairs and the night before had my safe out with a bag of old coins sitting by the garage doors in the basement, unlocked. I never should have left it unlocked but it didn't occur to me that the plumbers were coming back when I left it there. Needless to say, my bag of coins is gone. Not only are these guys liars, they are also thieves. I've used KD and J in the past with no issues, but I will never call them for a job. If you want honest plumbers do yourself a favor and use a different company.

We had them scheduled Early June this month for a showier issue and they never called or showed up to cancel. I called twice and spoke with the scheduler she indicated he was scheduled to arrive between 8 am -12PM. We called her again early afternoon she indicated he was running behind and would call when on the way. No calls to us again or after that.
Obviously !! we will NEVER attempt to contact them again.

They did a great job and the plumbers were very nice and did a great job connecting the new faucet.
However, I had to leave 3 stars because I was told it would cost $80 something an hour plus parts. They showed up at 6pm and finished exactly 1 hour later at 7pm (I double checked my outside cameras just to be sure before posting).
They charged me $150 something in labor (almost $160) instead of $80 something like I was told. I believe you should be charged what you are told.
Then I was charged over $90 in parts and I estimate the same parts can be bought between $40 - $60. In the end a simple job cost me over $260 dollars when it should hav...They did a great job and the plumbers were very nice and did a great job connecting the new faucet.

I was so happy with how quickly they arrived and how "easy" the fix was!! The fact that they had the part available was such a pleasant surprise! So often it's getting the part that is the most time consuming! They were so nice and friendly too!! I appreciate them so much!! I will definitely be calling them again if I need anything!!
