Needed a AAA tow for a flat tire. Chose K Auto for convenience. I’ve never had a better experience! The gentlemen there were respectful, honest and held to their word of the timeline for the tire replacement. I would highly recommend this repair shop.
I was having major electrical issues on my 95 Mustang GT. My friend recommended K Automotive. Kevin the manager there was great. He introduced me to his electrical expert Johnathon who is an awesome expert that worked in the motor pool during his time in the Army. I explained what was going on. The key fobs stopped working, I wasn’t able to reprogram them. Then I noticed that the door locks, radio, clock and speedometer were not functioning. Kevin called me back in a few hours and told me they found the issue. It was the remote alarm module that burnt up. Ford doesn’t make produce it anymore. I ordered one I found on eBay, installed and back in the road everything working as it should. I thought they were going to charge me for 3 hours labor which would have been understandable. Instead they only charged me for their diagnostic service of $89.99! Kevin was honest, his crew experts. I found a place that I can count on to take all my vehicles to. And they drop off and pick up.
