J.W. Townsend Landscapes

After a windy winter and long hours at work my yard and garden was a mess and I had no time to attend to it. J W Townsend came over to my house (on time!), gave a reasonable estimate and performed the work quickly and efficiently, making my garden look better than it did even before winter. They gave me additional estimates to remove a couple of dead trees and to provide some plantings to liven up my perennials. I am very satisfied with their service.

We had a great experience working with Kyle and his team to clean up our very overgrown yard. Kyle was incredibly responsive and efficient with any questions and/or concerns we had and communicated those effectively with his team. I would not hesitate to call them again!

JW Townsend provides excellent service, cares about their customers, and follows through in a timely manner without exception. Their staff is skilled, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. My husband and I highly recommend this company!

I've seen their trucks in our neighborhood and decided to call them for an estimate on a landscaping project at our home. The first time I called, I provided my name, number, and brief summary of the project; no one called me back. Eight days later, I called again and the person who answered the phone sounded surprised that I had waited so long for a return call. She said she would try to find out "whose desk your lead is on" and call me back; once again, I never received a return call.
