I brought my PC here for a motherboard repair and a case/GPU/PSU upgrade. While the motherboard issue itself was resolved, the overall experience was disappointing.
The cable management was extremely poor for a professional build, especially considering the labor cost. Several motherboard cables were routed in ways that made the system look cluttered and sloppy, and I’ve since had to redo most of the cable routing myself to achieve a clean build.
After spending more time with the system and learning more about PC building, I also realized that several items I provided were missing at pickup, including two AIO fans, my PSU box with extra cab...I brought my PC here for a motherboard repair and a case/GPU/PSU upgrade. The cable management was extremely poor for a professional build, especially considering the labor cost. Several motherboard cables were routed in ways that made the system look cluttered and sloppy, and I’ve since had to redo most of the cable routing myself to achieve a clean build.
After spending more time with the system and learning more about PC building, I also realized that several items I provided were missing at pickup, including two AIO fans, my PSU box with extra cables, my GPU box, and thermal paste I specifically supplied for the build. Additionally, the radiator was installed in a location that the case manual explicitly states is unsupported.
The total turnaround time was five weeks, which feels excessive given the final result. Based on the build quality, missing items, ignored manufacturer instructions, and overall experience, I can’t recommend this shop. I strongly advise customers to inspect their system thoroughly before leaving and confirm all provided items are returned.

Best Buy/ Geek Squad had my tower for three days and called me to pick it up. Charged me almost $200 and said that it wasn’t repairable. Seeking a second opinion I took it to Hal at 9am when they opened. At 130, Hal called stating it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Great service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, patient with questions. When my laptop suffered a major operating event, they were able to provide a newly refurbished custom upgraded laptop at very competitive price with warranty! I highly recommend them.

Stopped in to have my laptop rid of spam pop ups all the time. Hal was not there but Emma didn't a great job multi-talking with phone calls, repair multiple computers at once and customer pick ups. She never got flustered or stressed out with how busy she was.
