Called Tony at 5:45 pm and he answered the phone, to go over an issue with a refrigerator problem for a customer. Although Tony said that they don't go to far south anymore, he asked me to send him a couple of text pictures of what the display showed which I did and after a few minutes he called me back to go through a few procedures upon which I did and when all was said and done the issue was resolved. A big thank you, to Tony.
Tony came over today and diagnosed a motherboard issue with my ge monogram refrigerator. In order to get the repair done today for me, he sent someone down to doral to pick up the only replacement motherboard he could find in the area. Incredible guy! He came back that evening and fixed the refrigerator.
JT Appliance responded to a late night call promptly and came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot an electrical issue with our refrigerator. JT himself came out and was very personable and professional. Will definitely call again for any appliance repair in the future.
Called on a weekend afternoon when refrigerator stopped working. Tony was here within 2 hours and took the time to correctly diagnose all of the issues and explain all necessary repairs. Refrigerator works great now. They were clean, careful and explained everything. Outstanding and would definitely use them and recommend them.
Tony came out on a Sunday to repair my Kenmore Pro refrigerator. He was quick to diagnose the issue and was very helpful and gracious. I would call him again next time I need some repairs.
