JSM 24/7 Emergency Services

After being without heat for nearly 12 hours, my family and I were incredibly stressed—especially after trying unsuccessfully to get a technician from our oil company. This company truly came through for us. The representative was responsive, informative, and even offered practical suggestions to help us save money. He arrived late at night, bled the boiler, thoroughly checked that everything was safe, and had our heat restored within about an hour. He was professional, calm, and genuinely caring during a tough moment. A real lifesaver. I strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable, knowledgeable service.

When I had an issue with my boiler that another company failed to fix, Joe responded quickly to my call, and on a Sunday evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, explaining what he was doing through the process. He answered all of my questions, and shared his wealth of knowledge with me. The next day when I had a follow-up question, he responded to me quickly, and answered my questions. He gave me great advice, and walked me through all of the options, never pushing or selling, just providing information and options. On top of it all, he is a really nice and kind person with good humor. You can tell he truly cares about hi... Read full review

First time user and more than satisfied with the QUICK RESPONSE from Joe on this snowy freezing Saturday afternoon. He came to our rescue when our heating system went down, identified our issue quickly and professionally, and since the regular supply houses were closed, went to multiple big box stores and even down to Bronx to get our part. For us he was A++ and we will certainly use his business again!

JSM has come through for our family twice on emergency calls, and both times Joe showed up fast. That alone sets him apart. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward. No runaround. What stands out most is his focus on safety. He doesn’t cut corners or rush the job. He makes sure everything is done right. Another reviewer called him “a real lifesaver,” and that’s exactly right!! Joe helped us prevent frozen pipes overnight when the oil company’s tech wouldn’t even pick up the phone to fix the boiler. If you want a professional, courteous plumber who actually cares and shows up when it matters, call Joe. Highly recommended!

Joseph provided absolutely amazing service. When our heat went out, other providers offered time slots 48 hours later; Joseph was at my door within 30 minutes (after 5pm). He was able to do a temporary fix that night, and spent much of the next day tracking down the needed part. He went above and beyond when the part appeared different than the one we had, even FaceTiming with a rep from the manufacturer to understand the updated model and how to install it with the provided adaptor. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him!
