I wanted to modify my tele-style guitar because it was buzzing a lot and lacked clarity and depth in sound. Jack worked on my set up, rerouted my guitar, swapped out the pick ups, added stronger POTS, put in a new jack input, and switched from a 3 way to 4 way selector. He had to modify the bridge and control plate and do a lot of electrical reconfiguration to make everything right. The result is the action is greatly improved and my guitar sounds 100% better. If you have guitar problems, take it to Jack. He'll do a great job.

Jack is one of the best guitar guys I have ever dealt with. This guitar I just purchased had some major work needed. He changed the Locking nut, Upgraded the Trem, upgraded pickups to 2 Seymour Duncan humbuckers that sound amazing, upgraded to CTS pots, all new wiring, new input jack. A full setup in D standard as requested and now this thing sounds and plays amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would and I will no longer be taking my guitars anywhere else but here!

My amp suddenly went down (hum but no guitar signal), and after calling around, I found that a lot of places either won’t work on tube amps at all or were quoting wait times a month+ out. JRS was the complete opposite — they diagnosed it quickly and had it repaired next day. The issue ended up being the HT fuse (T1A).
