Each time i have came in for my tires has been a wonderful experience. All employees are kind helpful and then got myself and my children back on the road within 30 mins or less. I strongly recommend this place for tires
We had a flat tire on May 8, 2025, while traveling from Seaside, Oregon, to Portland, Oregon. We got stuck at the Sunset Rest Area, and unfortunately, our phone wasn’t accessible at that time. Thankfully, a kind person let us use their phone, and we were able to call the nearest tire shop—which happened to be this store. We paid to have our car towed to that shop. Before the towing, we called the store twice and explained our situation both times. However, when we arrived in front of their shop, they refused to let us drop off our car in their parking lot because they said they don’t handle any tire issues for Tesla vehicles. Because of this, we lost valuable time and missed the opportunity to get help from another store. If you’re dealing with a tire problem, especially with a Tesla, don’t make the same mistake we did. This shop is not trustworthy, and even if you have a Tesla, avoid passing by this place.

Shop is never opened on time, extremely poor communication, even while having my wheel for over 24 hours. I was happy that they had someone come in on a Sunday but only after I called three times did they have a worker come in even though they’re normal business hours today 10 AM to 7 PM. I definitely will not be doing business with them again.
