Very Professional. Mary has all of the professional shoe repair equipment and machines needed for any job and many years of experience and knowledge. Simply the best, top line, top notch services to be found! A true treasure and I will be a returning customer from now on. Highly recommended.

To be fair, the premises was neat and tidy, both inside and out. My boot (only one) was ready when promised. However, Ms Mary charged me $104.00 to put one leather half-sole on one boot (the other boot is built up to compensate for an old leg injury and rarely needs to be resoled.) That hardly seems reasonable. I feel I was taken advantage of and needless to say I won't be giving her any more of my business (or $$$).

Ms. Jordan repaired two pairs of shoes and she also replaced a zipper in my leather coat. She did a fabulous job. The first time she completed the job super fast as she knew that I was leaving to go back out of town. The second time she also completed the coat very timely and the coat is like new. Thank you for great customer service and a great job.
