Had appointment for estimate and he never showed then made a second appointment for 9AM and he appeared about 2PM very unreliable

James worked hard, no denying. But he misrepresented his available crew. Instead he used a long string of day workers, most with little to no experience. Crew did not protect furniture from paint and joint compound drops. Quality of result was terrible. I’ll need to repaint many of the walls. He also had me purchase an extra bundle of hardwood flooring (appropriate) but ended up not needed. He repeatedly promised he was returning it. He never did so I’m out the $75 for that.
