First time there and I'll definitely be going back. While I was there another customer who's clearly been there before was being treated like family. Everyone one was all smiles. Great atmosphere. And best of all I wasn't hit over the head with needless recommendations.

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE! Uncertified “mechanics” working here. One is just a tow truck driver I recently found out. Took my parents SUV here for repairs and was greeted by the rudest, most miserable woman I ever interacted with. From the first moment, she made me feel like she was doing me a favor by working on it. I should have went somewhere else right then, but my parents were insistent since we live close by to bring it here. Low and behold, our engine issues were not fixed after being told “it’s running great now!” Brought it back and was told “we can't duplicate the issues”. Went for an inspection , oil change and a repair. Got an appt quickly and when all said and done, prices were reasonable . Rita always is vey pleasant and communicates to you everything . I brought my car in specifically for an airbag/SRS light diagnosis and was told they could handle it. After the appointment, I was informed they don’t have the necessary tools and would need to involve a third-party diagnostic company. This limitation was not disclosed up front, which is the frustrating part.
I was fine paying for their own diagnostic and had only asked to be kept informed if it exceeded an hour. Instead, I was told a third party would be required after the fact, and I was still charged a full diagnostic fee even though no new information was provided beyond what I already knew.
