I called for a quote on my oven and asked a simple question of whether or not he still charges a fee if he cannot fix my oven and it needs to be replaced. Some repair places do that, just was wondering. He replied “what do you think I work for free lady!? I have bills to pay. I said I understand I was just wondering that’s all. He became so angry and rude. He was condescending and belligerent. Either I called him on a really bad day or he just doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

Jenine was thorough and diligent while searching for a door part for a friends refrigerator. John keeps a smaall inventory of parts. His store and shop is set back from the road so I hope the photo helps.

EXCELLENT!! They found parts for our old kitchen electric wall oven that no other appliance repair store that I called would even bother to look for, for us.
Even I couldn't find anything on line for replacement parts for this oven, that I'm sure the manufacturer is long since out of business. The people were extremely nice on top of it all! Would highly recommend them!

Absolutely as knowledgeable as they come. John gave me some free advice on a Top Load LG Washing Machine and didn't try to pitch me on a sales call I didn't need. A True Gentlemen who I would recommend just based on his integrity.
